Ace Tax and Realty was founded in 1991 in the city of Perris, California as an Income Tax service. We later added Real Estate and Notary Public services to better service our customers in the Inland Empire.

Armando N. Hurtado is a licensed Real Estate Broker, CA DRE Number: 01101908, Realtor, Registered Tax Preparer, C.T.E.C. Member, and Notary Public. He is insured and bonded, a member of the Board of Realtors, Notary National associations, and C.T.E.C. registered.

Armando mainly services the Perris, Moreno Valley, Nuevo, and Riverside area. Our properties include residences, vacant land, horse properties, and more.

Our tax services include individual long forms, small business owners, capital gain taxes, main residence tax exempt capital gain, 593b, 593c, forms, income tax withholding on sale of investment properties, and rental income tax reporting including short sale gain calculations.
